Ironvale Siege
Ironvale Siege is the kind of tower defence that rewards patience. Enemies pour down branching lanes, and you have to decide where a single expensive tower earns its keep versus spreading cheap turrets across the map. The early levels ease you in, but by the fourth region you'll be pausing constantly to rethink your layout.
The upgrade tree is where the game really opens up. Each tower has two divergent paths, and committing to one locks out the other for that placement, so you can't just max everything. We ended up restarting a few late maps simply because a different tower mix worked better.
Presentation is clean and readable, which matters a lot when the screen fills with projectiles. Nothing feels random — every loss taught us something. That's rare enough that we kept coming back.
